A visual fusion of the Puerto Rican machete — a symbol of labor, survival, and resistance — with the Palestinian keffiyeh, emblematic of resilience, struggle, and identity. This piece honors shared histories of colonization, defiance, and the global fight for liberation.

From the sugarcane fields of Borikén to the olive groves of Palestine, we understand what it means to resist erasure.
