Return Policy
Each item in the Más Mejol store is made to order, just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
If there’s an issue, email kesia@thevizhunary.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right.
We do not process order issues through social media DMs. Please email us directly.
Please note: Items may ship separately depending on which of our production partners fulfills your order. We use a flat-rate shipping structure to make sure everything arrives safely.
